1. round match in world cup qualifications. Our players don't have red cards or injuries, but couple of defenders have very bad form. That's why there will be only 4 men in defensive line. In first match it is better to trust tactics that I have used earlier. Lineup and exact tactic is going to be secret.
Latvija is good opponent and our marks are very near each other. They have very experienced manager. We have very good chances to win this game. And of course we have to win this kind of games if we want to go through from our group to world cup.

Result: Latvija - Ísland 4-0
Very disappointing match... we had couple good headers in beginning, but Latvija took their changes and scored ... too easily.
My tactic didn't work at all... we couldn't hold the ball as much I wanted. Our defenders were in big trouble with Latvija's strikers and winger. My mistake was also that I played Dybdahl while he had so poor form. Our strikers didn't get ball (except headers) and midfielders couldn't make through passes behind enemy line.

Sorry, but you will have no chance against us. I guess you will put all your players in defense and hope to keep the score as low as possible?:) Even if you have loads of luck, then it won`t help you. We score one goal anyway......At the moment I think none of the players who played against Schweiz won`t play against you.
I think we have at least 1% change to beat Eesti - so we can dream about winning whole week! ;)
