Asunto: [U21] - Hero

Hi, guys!
My name is Zdenek. I am 23 years old. I have been already studying at university for 4 years. My hobbies include sports especially football. My other favourite hobbies are: traveling, reading, spending time in nature, and so on.

Nomination as coach Icelandic U21 team, I give to increase its level and confirmed their abilities and skill.s. Because I think that the team can achieve better results and improve game of the team. I have a lot of experience with the Sokker, because I've played before last year and now after a year returned to him again. I think I have something to offer the team. Even in real life I'm a coach, so I also have an idea of ​​what it entails.
I have a great desire to become a part of Icelandic U21 team.

Finally I want to say, that I believe that together we can be successful and above all bring new players for the Islandic A - team !

How do you think you can improve the results with having a team with 42 rating and play against teams with 50 rating? I've made a tactic and much better then 0-2 you can't achieve. Therefor you need to look at the youthacademy to improve that situation and hope for talented, young players :)

I wrote that I played Sokker earlier (last year). Now I'd returned to him and I'd like to confirm it.
I started with a new team again. I have prepared various options of tactics, namely 3, so I prepared in this work.
