I try get information about the NT squad and another useful players this week.

Goalkeepers:

The goalkeepers are ok, and there are 2 younger keeper, who have a great future. So I feel this can't be a problem in Island.

Defenders:

I still have got very few letter about the refresh yet... Most of the defenders too old, and there need some defender trainer, there will be a problem after 2-3 years. If somebody want to train Island and read the topic please write me here or in sk mail. I am looking for in my country defender trainers.

Midfielders:

As I see this position the strongest, there are lot of players have a great future. Jonas and Noteboom train the midfielders seriously.

Attackers:
There some good strikers, but the problem is the future as the defs... At the strikers maybe we have 3-4 years to build up the future players before the problem...

The team and tactic on the federation only in this evening. But, on the next week I will take him earlier. Anybody can ask or can write about the tactic or about the match before and after.

We won against Portugalia. I decided before the match to make some risk in the tactic, because they are the betters. I made 4-5-1 tactic. We haven't chances at the first half, when they come with 5 defs. After they changed with 4 defenders, whe got some occasion for the goals. Fortunately we got goals from the these. I know we need a big luck. I don't say to go every time with 4 defs...
