Hi friends..

I'm Zack82, Italian manager of the "The Sudden Death"

In 3 season I win 2 title and now I'm in Serie B (II Division)
In Sokker I train striker and in the past I trained the Italian-NT star Gaetano Cipriani :)

My idea is train your NT with a team composed by very good italian coaches (II and III division) and someone of you that like help me for make a competitive NT in the future.

If someone like this project and are interested to do scout or assistent coach, please send me a sk-mail.

If I will be your NT-coach, I publish a web site with a interface for send skills of your talented players.

Hæ ég hef þjálfað KRaular í 8 leikum og ég hef ákveðið að bjóða mig fram til landsliðs þjálfara, ég er búin að spila þennan leik í eitt og hálf tímabil, eitt á Írlandi (áður en Íslenska deildin kom) og svo hálft tímabil á Íslandi (klikkaði á því að biðja um flutning átti möguleika á því er íslenska deildin kom).
Þar sem íslenska deildin er ný þá mun ég aðeins velja unga leikmenn sem eru í þjálfun en ekki bestu leikmennina sem við eigum þetta geri ég fyrir framtíðina en ekki til að ég nái góðu scori sem þjálfari.
Leikskipulag er ég bara búin að vera nota til að full nýta þjálfunina í liðinu mínu enda hefur ekki komið upp sú staða að ég hef þurft að spila á móti betri anstæðingum og þar af leiðandi er ég ekki með mikla reynslu af leikskipulægi.
Ég er ekki en komin með neina aðstoðar menn en þeir sem hafa áhuga á að njósna um leikmenn eða gerast aðstoðar þjálfara geta sent mér sk-post.
Ef að einhver er með spurningu/ar mun ég eftir bestu getu reyna að svara þeiri spurningu/m.

I play this is my 4 season in sokker. I´m now play in 2. czech league. I prefer my tactics 3-5-2 with 1 midle and 2 defender on side, 2 defenzive abreast 1 ofenzive and 2 midlefierd on side and two atackers abreast i play this tactics i my club and it is vey sucessfull and i changed it after oponenent to more ofenzive or more defenzive.

Dear Islandic managers,

It´s voting time again and I know that you all really care about who will be your National Team trainer. If you haven´t made your decission yet, I will try to explain you, why voting me will be the best choice.

Flex, introduce yourself
- My name is Miroslav, I am from small city Brezno, I am 17 years old and I have lots of free time that I could use to manage the Islandic NT.

Why are you standing for National trainer of Island?
- Cause I think it is a good oppotunity for me to prove my skills and also a good oppotunity to make some nice results with the team.

What about your history in sokker?
- So, I started 4 seasons ago in III division in Czech league, but because I am from Slovakia I created the necessary file for creating our own league and made my team in my homeland. I promoted to division II in my second season and I finished second this season, because of a very unlucky loss in the last round. I owe a national team member of Slovakia too.

What tactics do you prefer?
- Well, it depends on the opponent, but I almost always play with 4 defenders (or 3 def and 1 or 2 def mids), then with 2 off wingers, 1 mid and 2 attackers. So its like 4-1-3-2. I like to play with tactics, you can see that I have prepared various types of tactics, always depending on the opponent.

What are your plans to the future with NT team?
- Island got into a quite nice qualification group, where we could think about gaining some points against Nigeria, Hungary or even Ireland. So I think that 6 points would be a good result. I will prefer young players (17-22), that will possibly be our future stars. Older players, even if they have better skills won´t have a chance, cause it is a waste of experience that could young players gain in NT matches.

What about communication with Islandic users?
- I must admit, that I dont know a single Islandic word, but I know there are some english speaking users (like Njörður), that could help me with communicating with non-english Islandic managers. I would make an announcement before every match and a conclusion after match too.

I expected results like that and I am happy with that one vote. But I would like to work with the NT team even though I didnt win. I could be some assistant, that could search for players and monitore skill-ups. So what do you say looser, may I work in the team? ;)
