what is the deferent from Max debt and Bankruptcy limit

Max debt: -20 000 000 kr

It means if you have - 20 000 000 and even more debts, then you can not buy players any more. Basically you can`t use your money then, because you do not have it. You are in debt.

Bankruptcy

Teams that are about to declare bankruptcy (account balance less than -40 000 000 kr) will be able to log on for 24 hours from the last log in.

This is to allow them to correct their bank balance - sell players, sack coaches etc. After 24 hours they cannot log in again, until the account balance improves sufficiently (account balance more than -40 000 000 kr). If their account balance goes over that amount, they will then be able to log in as normal. However, if the account balance remains below -40 000 000 kr for a period of 14 days, the team will be formally bankrupt.
