Asunto: [NT] tapex

I am from bosnia and I hope you will vote for me. Bosnia is a samall country on sokker like Ísland and I think I could make something out of this country. I like to play attaking football and I dont like defansive football to much, only sometimes when it is needed...... more from me later

I prefer the 4-1-3-2 tacatic that I have made. it is with 4 defansive players, 1 defansive mid, and 3 normal mid and 2 atackers. one att should be very fast and have good defense to steal balls from the opponent, and 1 should have a good playmaking skill and technique, of course both should have all skill good and especially striking....

the lowest skills I expect by a player of a national team...

So you are always going to play with the same tactic?

It is only my opinion, but it is false to say I prefer this tactics etc. Almost against every new opponent is needed to make a different tactics. You cannot play with your 532 against everyone.

no I will not play with the same tactic every game, but I said that that is my favorite tactic and I think this is a good tactic to play against every other user, of corse there are some other tactics taht I use like 4-3-3, or 5-3-2 (this previus is not 5-3-2, it is 4-4-2 but with a def mid), even 3-5-2. I know that i cant play with the same tactic in every game but this is my standard tactic that I use, for special teams I create special tactics that are good in this specific games....

In the bosnian cup I tried another tactic, 3-4-3 but it has some deficites and I will correct the tactic so that this tactic will be on the same level like my other tactics...

ok, like last season I will be there for the NT voting. In my last year speak I said almost all what is needed. This year I have even more expirience, and I won my third league and got o the second. This season is a freindly season so it is not a very important season for the NT results. I hope this will give you more brave to vote for me and see what a manager I am....

I find this somewhat offensive. The NT results are ALWAYS important no matter who they are playing. Besides, the ranking that will decide the next qualification groups is actually really important.

yes but it is not so important like a real competition. If I for example loose a game it is not so drastic for the NT like when I do this in a competition. I didnt mean to loose if you think that, but I wrote this just to say that the people should have a litle confidece and vote for me, you can not loose a lot. And I think I am a good manager and the best way to prove it is a freindly season...

i think the friendly season for island is a good way to scout talent and give new players a chance.

no metter who will be the NTmanager, he should scout for young players like you said. There are many young talented and good players in the teams whithout a user (the BOT teams)....
