Well he have been big help to Island NT.
If there wouldn`t be his youth school, then Island wouldn´t be half good as right now.

Todays Sverige vs Island match is the first one I have watched from the start to the end in this season.
Have been busy with MOD work and real life work. Let`s be honest, Sverige was better. PS! Liked the second goal.
Island had some chances aswell, even hit the post, but unfortunately no goal.

A short overview.

1) There is too much space between the player who is making the throw in and the player who should get it.
Watch here. I suggest placing the other player (preferabally MID)
in the marked area in yellow.

2) To be honest I liked how did you use defenders. x-x--x-x. Sth like this.
But in some occasions it is bit dangerous to leave that much space in the middle.
Through passes are easy to come.

3) I suggest using Jón Ingi Emilsson, than Viktor Stokka - he should have low pace as
far as I know. It would be better to make substitutions earlier. New players can`t really make a difference in 10 minutes.

4) When Sverige had throw ins, then Island wing back were to offensive and Sverige strikers got balls behind them.

5) Saemundsson and Erlingsson were too offensive.

okey I did not say the true but I was trying to fool the Sverige manager but he is not stupid .
Iceland did not see the sun this day if we have score from all our shot then we still lost (we only get 3 shot).
Sverige was a lot better congrats Svergie.

Next game is against Hong Kong I will use u-21 to try to see have the u-21 team will do.
I will play whit 5 defender and 3 mid 2 of the defender will be offensive.

@Vilpu 1. thanks to point out my bad throw in I thing I got 7 throw in and only one was good (I got shot to the goal in that one)
2. I will fix this hole in the next game
3. I thing I will not use Viktor Stokka any more the owner don´t give my the skill I was not going to have any sub but in the last min I change my mind and for the low time I did just give them ten min
4. I see the sverige have 100% throw in (I need to fix that)
5. they are so post to be offensive I am offensive manager (just wait and see have Atli Már Thomasson and
Even Dybdal will play next game (you will never ever play them so attacking)).

well we did what we need against Hong Kong i am happy i did no problem in the defense but the next job is u-21

I will play 5-3-2 our defense line will be in one line and the midfielder will be defensive but he will take part in the offense to and he is slow so I don’t know if he can go back to defend the goal.
and the ATT will be Jon Bjelland and Bent Thorsen and I hope they will get some good passes from our winger Hjalti Ævarsson and Eyjólfur Elvarsson. but any way we need very good luck to win Turkey we need to make goal from our rear shot we will get.

Very interesting match, team played well though and your tactics was the best one you have made.

I told you that one higher striker might do the trick:) Already in 3rd minute Bjelland got a through pass behind Turkish strikers, but unfortunately didn`t score. But 10 minutes later got a another shot and used it! But unfortunately Turkey used all their oppurtunities very well. Sad result, but well done anyway.

next we face Zhōngguó and we will play very very attacking 4-3-3 and our wing back will be offensive so if we get counter attack from Zhōngguó then we have only 2 defender so i thing this will be very interesting game
