A surprise of the season is ready. As other top flight teams were eliminated one by one, Pyunik was in top form while winning its games one after another. Onto the top shelf the bucket goes!

After two seasons in I-division we were this time able to win the qualification match also. So back to the Finnish premier league. I hope we do better than last time.

It was so close that we would have promoted to the Premier without qualification but we just ran out of strength and lost twice - and then we lost the qualification match on penalties after our NT star Hietakangas was kicked unconscious after three minutes of play. Sad end for a good season it was.

This season we really thought that we could concentrate on going far in the cup, but no. The team is in a great shape, but it is some kind of a curse that we never get to play a home game in the Finnish cup.
