When your players are 21 years old,they should be or will be like following：

Keeper 14
Pace 10
Passing 6
Or Keeper +Pace+ Passing=35+

DEF
Defender 13
Pace 11
Tech 5
Or Defender+ Pace=24+

DM
Pace + Defender=22+
Tech + Passing + Playmaking=30+
And Pace 11

AM
Pace + Striker =20+
Tech + Passing + Playmaking=30+
And Pace 11

SM
Pace+ Tech + Passing + Playmaking = 42+
And Pace 12 Tech 11

ATT
Pace + tech + striker = 34+
And Pace 12

If one skill is below the limit, the other should be above.
