It is unrealistic proposition. Either it would be useless with 10k "compensation" per player that no one cares about and the problem would stay or it would break the economics right after they fix it again.

With TWO games per week, the compensation, motivated on the change of the seasons lenght from 16 weeks to 13 weeks, consistent in reducing the maximim lenght of an injury from 35 days to 29 was CLEARLY FAR from suficient.

if NT matches go to arcade format, please let all players be in divine form,

so no coach will have any excuse!!!

Btw. as for "money for injury", on Polish forum its explained as "giving back money for his wage"

They should put up a new poll when 3rd option has planned numbers about what would be the compensation.

Rather what exactly the benefits are going to be. It is not what borkos said because it doesnt promise a lot, it only promises that injuries will stay and the benefits from NT will be increased. The rest are pretty clearly stated as examples what the benefits might be.

But it would be better to think this out now and point what exactly these benefits are supposed to be, because it might change the result of the poll because for some these benefits might be ultimately ok and for some not enough. Also, the might be dumb or underdeveloped in some way and users might help to polish things up.

What do You think would compensate injury of Your player in NT match (1. Senior, 2. U21), enough to cooperate with NT coaches and stop crying.

That includes the numbers. And if the benefits would stack with having multiple NT players or you simply need to get 1 in some small country to sit on a bench.
Still I don't think that introducing more money in the game would be the right approach as the main focus now is to reduce that same money coming into the game. And no amount of money would make me want to risk a top trainee in U21 games.
No problem for NT games for me at least as they lose way less training with injuries than youngsters (and all but 1 of my main team guys plays in their respective NTs and gets updates when asked)

I wouldn't involve money in this, they are too easy to get, to matter in this case.

We currently have 10 advanced training spots, any NT player who plays a friendly match with his club will get %85.
My proposal: completely eliminate injuries from NT matches and grant %15 remaining training for 90 minutes of NT play

Well 3rd option is all about money as I see it. The question is "how much".

What would people say about option of extra training spot (max 1 per team most probably) only available for NT/U21 players? Smth like that could be a reward for training NT guys that wouldn't involve removing injuries or increasing money into the game.
