Nobody knows.

this will not work. anyway, most people didn't send player skills. now it will click to disable skills for NT coach. what's the difference? nothing. There is no way to understand these devs. they do not do useful works. where there is unnecessary work, they do it.

Remove NT completely feels like a death note to sokker...
But I'm afraid nothing good will come from this.
There's too much difference in opinions and there's always the pro and the contra when we're talking about the NT
Reducing or removing injuries won't solve the problem. There's still the conspiracy theory thinkers, thinking the NT coach is a big spy and uses the skills knowledge to his advantage in the league!

There's only 1 good solution.
Make the NT finally an in-game feature, give the NT coach the full control and let them see the skills. Playing blindly is stupid!
And SPLIT the injuries, like cards. Injuries occured in NT stay in the NT and don't count for club and vice versa.
Playing without injuries is ridiculous.
As for the benefits...it's simple.
U21, benefits ( 25% training for a whole match played )
NT, NO benefits

I might be wrong on this but I think NT players already have some influence on attendance. And had for a long, long time.

I had the same question.

We (as users) seen that few times already:
- rushed training reform
- rushed league reform
- checkbox to show skills for NT coach
- NT injuries removal in friendly matches
- and currently suggested perks for clubs with NT players

When will NT players' skills become visible to NT coaches?
It's been promised.

I think there should have been an option like ''shortening injuries + experience bonus and slight training bonus for NT players''

Why shortening injuries? --> because in NT they have the best medical staff with ''magic injections'' ;)

you tell my why, as i see most users is voting for third option.

Please don't use this as an excuse to introduce whatever you thing was good.
You are about to ruin this game.

We cant give to strong benefits and make NT players to important - not everyone will have that kind of player.

There is a whole universe out of Poland!
Please have that in mind, every time, anywhere.

+1

I think if a player is in NT it should have a benefit and skills should be shown to ELECTED coach.

Player injuries happen, but maybe then not removing full training while a player injury occurs?

If a coach chooses for a young player the 1 advanced training spot then the player should still receive 80% of advanced training while being injured?
Or he will receive training if he was in starting 11 line-up something that it can't be abused but it keeps people motivated to show skills and be proud of having a player in NT.

will be introduced in one week.
There will be a checkbox on players profile to allow NT coach to see skills of a player.
Button will be added soon, and option for NT coaches will be activated in one week later.

It was just introduced.
Please refresh your NT players.
